Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days of purchase.
Eligibility Considerations
Refund requests may be reviewed when course materials have been accessed only minimally.
Requests may not be approved if:
- several lessons have been completed
- choreography resources have been downloaded
- practice exercises have been submitted
Usage records may be reviewed to confirm course activity.
Multi-Program Access
Programs that provide access to multiple courses follow the same five-day request window. Extensive engagement with course materials may affect eligibility.
Safety Reminder
Dance involves physical movement. Participants should practice responsibly and within their physical limits.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may require 7–14 business days depending on payment provider timelines.
